Amanda Barchfield received her law degree in 2007 from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she graduated cum laude in 2004.

Since she began practicing law, Amanda has focused her career on family law matters. Amanda joined Calabrese Huff, P.C. in January of 2008. Amanda’s practice encompasses helping clients with their divorces, modifications and enforcement of court orders, assisted reproduction law, and adoption (domestic and international). Amanda is a proponent of collaborative law as a method for helping clients resolve their family law matters and she has written several articles focusing on the benefits of collaborative law.

As an agency administrative assistant for A Cradle of Hope Adoption Center (www.CradleofHope.com), the adoption agency founded by Carla, Amanda also works with families who are looking to adopt a child.   

In her spare time, Amanda works with groups who support animal rights.
