Stacy Jordan Rodriguez grew up in Dallas and has been practicing law in this community since 1990. She earned her A.B. degree from Duke University in 1986, and received her law degree in 1990 from the University of Texas at Austin. Stacy spent the first nine years of her legal career as a business litigator with Locke Purnell Rain Harrell, P.C. (now Locke Lord Bissell Liddell), and subsequently worked for a corporate legal department and the Dallas court of appeals. In 2003, having handled and enjoyed various family law matters over the years, she decided to devote her practice entirely to family law.
Stacy joined Calabrese Huff in May 2008 after spending five years with another Dallas family law firm. Wanting to expand her law practice to help clients with collaborative law, adoption, and surrogacy matters, she found the right fit at Calabrese Huff. Stacy’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, complex property division, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, grandparent access, termination and adoption proceedings, paternity matters, and gestational and surrogacy matters. She handles both litigation and collaborative family law matters.
Stacy is a member of the Texas State Bar Family Law Section and the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section. She volunteers her time with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and is a longtime Sunday school teacher and school volunteer. Stacy is married to Dallas attorney Rudy Rodriguez, Jr. and they have two children, Grace and Jimmy.
